The Saco River Medical Group began in 1996 - six physicians providing internal medicine, family practice, pediatrics and walk-in care. Over the years, we have grown to fourteen clinicians and now include these additional services:

• laboratory
• x-rays and MRI
• VA Primary Care
• Spine Center
• Mental Health
• Skin Center - Medical and Aesthetic Services
• Acupuncture

Our building has been a doctor's office for over one hundred years.  In 1999, when we remodeled and moved in, we sought to combine the following traditions:

• well-trained clinicians caring for the whole person;
• community involvement;
• the knowledge and technology of the new century.

Hopefully, we are holding true to our heritage while we provide state-of-the-art medical care.
