The entire staff of the Saco River Medical Group strives to provide “complaint-free” care, but we recognize we may occasionally fall short of this goal. Part of our process of continuous improvement is to acknowledge and correct any shortcomings.
At any time you express concern in regards to staff, providers or care received by SRMG you are encouraged to put your concern in writing and submit to Administration via mail or personal delivery.
The concern will be reviewed and distributed to all parties involved and asked for written response. The concern is listed as an agenda item in the quality management portion of the monthly physician-owners meeting and reviewed for further action.
An official response in the form of a letter to include a summary of discussion, follow up and further action will be sent to you no later then two months after filing.
Complaints may also be registered with the New Hampshire Bureau of Health Care Facilities:
